The Perfect Day & Perfected Details

Partial Planning

Our Partial Planning service is ideal for couples who have already started their wedding planning journey but need expert guidance to bring their vision into reality. At Four 26 Events, we step in to assist you by obtaining quotes from final vendors, accompanying you to select vendor appointments, and ensuring that your planning stays on track. 

We recommend a budget of around $50,000 for our Partial Planning service.

Event Management

Our Event Management service, also known as day-of coordination or month-of coordination, is designed for couples who have organized their wedding details and need a professional team to ensure every detail unfolds flawlessly on their special day. Stepping in 30 days prior to your wedding, Four 26 Events becomes the primary point of contact for you and your vendors. This allows you to savor the excitement leading up to your wedding while we meticulously manage the logistics and fine-tune all the details.

This service is recommended for couples with an overall budget of around $40,000.

There is really no such thing as a day-of coordinator. There are so many intricate details that go into your wedding day that your coordinator needs to be aware of for your special day to unfold seamlessly. Our Event Management package allows us time to gather all your vendor details, craft a day-of timeline, confirm the final touches with all vendors, and so much more.

We tend to be busiest in April, May, September, October, and November. To give you an idea of when to book, our Event Management services can be confirmed up to six months before peak dates, Partial Planning up to nine months, and Full-Service Planning as far ahead as 18 months.

Not at all! We’ll share our list of preferred vendors with you, but it's entirely your choice. We're here to help no matter whom you choose, so lean on us for guidance and support throughout the process! What's most important to us is that you feel comfortable and confident about your wedding. We also strongly encourage hiring professional vendors who are licensed and insured and leaving the work to seasoned wedding professionals instead of relying on family and friends who aren't.

The presence of our team members at your event is determined by many factors, including but not limited to the size of your guest list, the number of event locations, and any room changes. As a standard, you'll usually see two of our passionate team members at your event. In our detailed consultation, we will delve into your unique event requirements.

Yes! Your venue coordinator ensures the venue's obligations are met (like venue accessibility and stocking bathrooms), but they might not be there for you throughout the entire wedding process, especially if it's not an all-inclusive venue. And often, the person you've been planning with isn't the one who shows up on your big day. When you entrust us with your event, we’re your single point of contact at least 30 days prior and stay with you through the last dance of the night.
